The project is undergoing a City Environmental Quality Review (CEQR) assessing 19 technical areas to evaluate its environmental impact. This process ensures full transparency thorough examination of potential effects on various aspects, from land use to public health.

Additionally, we’ve submitted a workplan to the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) outlining strategies to minimize environmental impacts during construction. This plan addresses air, water, soil quality, and local ecosystem protection.
