Development Site

The Project Site will be located entirely within Ferry Point Golf Course, with minimal impact on the surrounding community.

Bally’s will purchase the development site that includes approximately 19 acres, which is currently utilized as golf course parking, the existing clubhouse, and a portion of the course practice area.

The parking area, clubhouse and practice area will be rebuilt to the highest standards approved by the New York Parks and Recreation Department and Nicklaus Golf within the remaining park (clubhouse and practice area) and within the development site (parking area).
